At CityLink, the local outreach department of Water of Life Community Church, is where CARING comes to meet the communities poor and needy.

Food in a box is distributed once a week which currently services 1,000 families a week. We also have a prayer ministry that runs concurrent with the food distribution. Also, on the 4th Thursday of the month, USDA Commodities are distributed.

CityLink administers the ESG grant for the City of Fontana. Funding from the grant is used to assist Fontana residents with rent and security deposits.
