CAP Classes are offered free to the community! Take your time to see what interests you may have. All classes will take place at the Siena Apartment complex located at 7807 Juniper Ave. Bldg. 111, Fontana, CA 92336.

This class will give individuals the understanding of how their bills work. Students of this class will be able make choices that make sense for them and take control of their energy costs. Individuals will learn how to read and understand their gas and electric bills. Please bring your electric or gas bill or both.

This workshop will help you understand how much you can get done during the course of the day and where your precious moments are going. You’ll see how much time is actually spent producing results and how much time is wasted on unproductive thoughts, conversations and actions.
